Levys is seeking a CNC Mazatrol Lathe Machinist:

Qualifications:
* Experience: 5 years minimum on Mazatrol lathe
* Can manually program at the machine, select tools, and setup machine unassisted when provided drawing
* A fully experienced CNC Machinist; Certified Journeyman, or equivalent
* A career oriented team player who works well with other people
* Experienced in the machining of ‘one off’ parts and prototypes
* Experienced in machining exotic materials
* Good communication skills
* Experienced in programming/proving Mazatrol
* Read and interpret drawings
* Regular maintenance on machinery
* Verify dimensions using measuring instruments
* Entries on inspection records and complete inspections
* Job task planning and organizing
* Manual experience an asset
* G-Code programming is an asset
* Strong in math, geometry
* English fluency
* Eligible to work in Canada

Master CNC Machinist

Established busy Calgary machine shop requires a master machinist to work permanent day shift in our facility.

 

Qualifications:
* A fully experienced CNC Machinist; Certified Journeyman, or equivalent, with minimum 5+ years experience, prefer 10-20+
* Able to fully program and setup CNC lathes and or machining centers in a timely manner is a must
* A career oriented team player who works well with other people
* Experienced in the machining of ‘one off’ parts and prototypes
* Experienced in machining exotic materials
* Good communication skills
* Experienced in programming/proving Mastercam programs, Mazatrol, Macros and/or G-Code programming
* Read and interpret drawings
* Regular maintenance on machinery
* Verify dimensions using measuring instruments
* Entries on inspection records and complete inspections
* Job task planning and organizing
* Manual experience an asset
* Strong in math, geometry
* English fluency
* Eligible to work in Canada
* *this is not a position for operators/production workers; only Master Machinists
